Sanjeev Kapoor is one of India’s most renowned and influential chefs, often referred to as the “Chef of the Nation.” He was born on April 10, 1964, in Ambala, Haryana, India. Kapoor’s culinary journey began in the late 1980s when he started his career as a chef.On his graduation from the Institute of Hotel Management in Pusa, New Delhi, he started his career as a chef by working at several most prestigious hotels. He gained a lot of attention when he received the Best Executive Chef of India Award in 1993.
